All you need to prepare is
1 ½ tsp fish sauce
3 tbs liquid tamarind
1 tbs palm sugar
1 tbs water
salt
Just stir together all the ingredients in a small sauce pan. Next, prepare the protein and veggies, you can use eggs, cabbage or bean sprouts, and carrots. Simply chop the garlic finely and stir-fry for just a couple minutes, then add eggs and scramble. Add the rice noodles and fry. Add the sauce and the last you can add the veggies.
